Understanding Current HR Practices

This blog is a result of an Maricopa Center for Learning & Instruction grant for Summer 2009. The goals of the project are:
1. Gain insight into the roles and responsibilities of human resource managers
2. Identify current practices of human resource management
3. Investigate the human relations skill sets of successful human resource managers
4. Understand how human relations management intersects with human resource management
5. Read current literature in human relations and human resource management
